The Air Force Sergeants Association (AFSA) recognizes outstanding enlisted Airmen and supporters through a comprehensive awards program at the Local Chapter, Division, and Headquarters (HQ) levels.
We administer Quarterly and Annual Awards to recognize deserving enlisted members and AFSA supporters within our area of responsibility. Quarterly awards spotlight sustained superior performance over a three-month period, while Annual awards honor exceptional achievements and long-term impact throughout the calendar year. These awards foster morale, encourage professional growth, and strengthen chapter engagement at the grassroots level.
